workinprogress is the product of years of intense exchange of experiences in the fields of HR and Marketing. The founders of workinprogress, Markus Leiter and Claudia Schwingenschlögl, are specialists in their disciplines and have successfully worked together on various projects in recent years.
Claudia Schwingenschlögl (47) is Management Consultant and Certified Business Coach. Before starting her own business in 2009, The 47 year old graduate of Vienna's
Economic University set up the strategic business fields Office, Finance and IT in an HR-organization in Vienna. As head of the HR department in an IT-project organization she was responsible for recruiting process in all subsidiaries. At workinprogress Claudia is the expert for diagnostics & strategic HR-processes.
Markus Leiter (40) is Communication Strategist and brand developer. Graduate of the University of Vienna, he is the head and founder of the Vienna based Content Agency medienleiter PR. In the course of his professional career (among them 12 years as journalists for the news agencies APA-Austria Press Agency & dpa-German Press Agency) he lived and worked in exciting cities as diverse as Vienna, Buenos Aires and Hamburg. At workinprogress Markus is responsible for communication processes & Employer Branding.
